*I listen to audiobooks every day during my workout, so note taking is impossible, ergo Down & Dirty Quickie Reviews are impossible. Instead, here are some words.*
When an author + a narrator can make you forget that you're sweating your boobs off during a workout, THAT AUTHOR + NARRATOR = AMAZEBALLS! There was so much smexual tension between the leads, and both were compellingly real. Even though our hero is an escaped con who has "kidnapped" (not reall) our heroine, HOLY WOWZA YOU TALK ABOUT ONE BETATASTIC HERO! He is ALLLL about consent & respect even as he holds her hostage. The conflict resolution was a bit weak only in that Mr Hero changed mind a wee bit randomly fast, BUT! Everything else was epic good.
I'm starting to think I prefer male narrators, and boy did this one hit it out of the park! SO MUCH GOO AUDIO WORDAGE!
