The books is definitely a come down for everything after the 3rd book storm of swords. A lot of the book is what the title suggests a feast for crows you have outlaws and bandits feasting on defeated people from the wars as well as other examples of the crows feasting. The book is a slow burn to what’s to come in other books. I’d probably say most of the pov chapters I really enjoyed say Arya’s bravos chapters (I’m just not a huge fan of where her story arc goes) but the best are definitely Cersei’s, Jamie’s, and Brianne’s chapters. You’ve got all the scheming and political stuff in kings landing with Cersei including her downfall, you’ve got Jamie who’s really struggling with his identity and self worth as a kings guard and Lannister I’’m also really enjoying his redemption arc, then you have Breinne just kicking ass in the river lands and your getting to see just how bad things are there. If you’re a big fan of the series it’s still worth reading this book for sure but it’s a slower pace and you’re gonna be missing characters like Tyrion, Jon, and Daenerys.
