Mister Impossible by Maggie Stiefvater
3.0

I read this book and Greywaren pretty much back to back. However it took me forever to pick this one up after finishing Call Down the Hawk. So much time went by I think I forgot it was a series. But I kept thinking about CDTH randomly because turned out it left an impression and I really liked it. Then realized/remembered it wasn't a stand alone and that there was indeed more of it.

I didn't quite enjoy this one as much as Call Down the Hawk. I liked the banter between Ronan and Henessey but the majority of the book feels like it is just them following Byrde around and I didn't really like him at all.

And there was not enough of my favorite character - Adam - in this book at all. And everything about him in it is unfathomably sad.

This was the book where I realized I was reading much less for the big dreaming plot and way more for the relationships.
