Alright, I’ve gotta stick with my guns here because as much as these series’ explosive endings are awesome, I cannot forget that this book took me f o r e v e r to get through. There was a lot of filler here, and not in a way that advanced the plot. And tbh after the loss of believability at the end of the previous book, the falling action and resolution to that cliffy was more disappointing. Idk, these characters felt really copy/paste to me. And seriously, Saint stole the show every time he was present and this wasn’t even his book. Heck, Brooklyn/Niall were more entertaining in this book than the mains. The resolution of f*Shawn was good, but not good enough for me to give this a redeeming fourth star. Mostly because there are a lot of plot holes and things that were introduced and never resolved here. Easily my least favorite series from these sisters, but overall it’s not horrible. I mean, I read all the books. There’s a decently built world to follow. Just kinda hoped for more after the other series I’ve read.
