Did not finish book.

I am 5+ hours into this audiobook and I have lost focus so many times that I have no idea what is going on in the story. I think it is the narrator - maybe if I found a different version with another narrator, I might be able to read this. It has such amazing reviews, it cannot possibly be as utterly boring as I'm finding it. From the beginning I knew I didn't love the narration so I'm guessing this is what is keeping me from connecting to the story.
