This was such a well-done British romance. It was a slow burn that I loved! I appreciated the slow buildup of the relationship between these two people born on the same New Years Day.

Minnie is carrying so much negativity that it makes me feel like she’s given up. Even though it looks at first like Quinn has it all, he’s got issues of his own.

I loved the NYE flashbacks that showed Quinn and Minnie were this close so many times to crossing paths. It seemed to have happened at just the right time to get their relationship started.

Bonus relationship was their moms reconnecting after 30 years and being what each of them needed.

Great book, I loved it!
