The Puck Arrangement by Trinity Lemm

4.0

After failing to read the fine print of their student housing contracts,4 unwitting college Seniors end up sharing a home, and subsequently their futures in this forced proximity romance that will make you laugh and tear up.

Lane Avery is a swoon-worthy Hockey Captain, whose quiet confidence, playful smirk and sexy swagger made me pine and drool in equal measures.
The way he attacks each challenge he faces both on, and off the ice made me respect his character immensely.
His bestie, Crew provides the levity and precocious behavior this group of friends needs. The relationship between these two guys made me emotional at times. They have such a good understanding of one another, and their protectiveness translated on page.

Bridget is an interesting FMC, and I liked her brainy, bookish personality. That being said, she was a flawed human, with abandonment issues, and real life problems that the writer tackled in an authentic way. At times, it’s nice to see main characters who don’t come across as perfect and having it all together.
Lane continuously, showing that he finds her worthy and loving her through her setbacks further endeared him to the reader.
She and Kota’s gal-pal vibes are friendship goals, and their shenanigans provided quite a bit of entertainment.

Great read!
