The Pigeon is back with another self-centred rant, sure to please the young reader. Pigeon is set on getting a puppy all his own. He’ll water it and make sure it stays in the sun to grow. As the book progresses and the reader is not convinced, Pigeon begins a rant that only grows. When something is waiting just off the page, Pigeon quickly changes his tune, unsure what puppy ownership truly entails. Neo laughed about this one, seeing Pigeon really get into a tangle. He’s never had a pet, but knows very well that it is no easy feat, unlike Pigeon.
