The Angel Esmeralda: Nine Stories by Don DeLillo

Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.

I was a fan of Don Delillo's White Noise and Point Omega, but the stories in The Angel Esmerelda felt like they lacked any of the 'punch' that those books had...they felt like pointless prose (though his prose is, as always, enjoyable to read).
