The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson

dark informative medium-paced

4.0

There was lots of interesting information in here, but it felt like two separate books. One about the Chicago World fair, and one about a murderer. I’d get into the one story, then it would abruptly change to the other. Over and over again. Overall, I found this to be the downfall of both narratives. Each could have easily been their own book and I think that would have been the better choice.
