At the beginning of the book I was lost. I couldn’t follow along and I felt like I was missing something. But the more I read and became invested I truly enjoyed the book. It is different than what I usually read, but it was adventurous and mysterious! It was a fantasy mystery and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed how the Io learns to be brave and accept herself for who she is. To stop allowing others to be in control of her. This was a good book and I enjoyed the adventure!
