I thought I disliked this because I don't like graphic novels in general. Reading other peoples' reviews, I gathered that I wasn't the only one.
First of all, none of the characters looked how I pictured them. Second of all, there was way more text than I thought there should be. And, lastly, some of my favorite bits from the story were skimmed over or left out in this book (which is saying something, since this was basically copied directly).
I love Artemis Fowl, but I wouldn't recommend this version.
