Harry Potter: A Journey Through A History of Magic by British Library

4.0

Engaging book of facts, trivia, and neat artifacts--all from or relating to JK Rowling's Harry Potter series in some way. It is neat to see samples of her writing, learn the origins of many of the magical creatures, charms, and characters she created for her books, and admire the illustrations of Jim Kay. While this is markedly a children's book (as made obvious by the nature of the "try this at home" experiments and activities), it is a book that Potter fans of all ages will enjoy.
