This book could only have been written by a teacher or former teacher. As a former educator myself it was like reliving my teaching days. Elden nails what it is like and what teachers have to contend with. Teaching is a very rewarding job, but is a very difficult and demanding job as well. Hats off to all the wonderful teachers out there!
This is a must read book for all educators, but you don't have to be an educator to like this book. It's full of funny scenes anyone can enjoy. The characters are well thought out and easy to get invested in. All around the book was a quick read worth picking up and enjoying during the school year!
