The Other Bennet Sister
by Janice Hadlow
It would seem that Mary Bennet has inspired more than a few to ponder her story, this is not the first I have read.
Though I enjoyed listening (and it was very well read), it inspired much sadness for she was overlooked, criticised, misunderstood and made quite miserable overall. Fortunately, she was able to improve her situation...though it felt a bit drawn out to finally get there, it was lovely to revisit a classic from another perspective.
