Obama’s ability to empathize with others and sit down and have conversations with those who have opposing views is admirable. This did make me a little more depressed since the political divide has just gotten so much worse since 2006. It feels like it is on a whole other level now and finding common ground is hard. I do really like hearing Obama speak (since he narrates the audio book). He’s a great orator.
