The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins

I LOVED THIS BOOK! This books made me rediscover my love for The Hunger Games trilogy. I particularly enjoyed this book because I still love and remember all that happened in the trilogy, so to read the story of Snow which tells us what made him the person he is in the trilogy is absolutely mind baffling. And seeing all the little details connecting Coriolanus Snow to President Snow was so exciting, the entire book felt like a little Easter egg hunt where you’re trying to note down important part of the plot that lead to the character development of Snow. The ending kept me wanting more, I just couldn’t get enough of the book. And I really want Lucy Gray Baird’s story, she was a really intriguing person and it’s such a sham that we only get to know her through Snow’s perspective and not her own thoughts and emotions. But I still loved this book so much!!
