I am giving this book a 5 star not for my normal reasons of this will be a book that I will reread, but I feel it is important and will make an impact on those that need to read it. That they are not alone in their journey or their struggles in their life.

I did relate to Bella's toxic dynamic with her family at times. The triggers of addiction, anxiety, and trauma. The truth of rehab and sobriety struggles and cycles. The way grief was written so strongly as well as the anxiety. The parts written in prose added more to the emotions and pulled you into the Bella's head and emotions. The author's note and resources were very important.
