I really enjoyed this one, probably my favorite read of the week. I ignored the football parts, bc I just don’t care, but have heard they are incorrect, so if you’re a big fan, I’d recommended skimming those bits, as well. This is also mostly by the numbers, but the jock is so likable and the nerd is so vulnerable and defensive . . . their characters seemed a little crisper and more defined than in a lot of new adult college stories. Just a very enjoyable version of what it was. (And the newspaper article after the epilogue * clutches heart * -- so sweet!)
