This was a sweet book about living in the present and being brave, facing what you’ve been through in the past to make you stronger. The magical realism element made it very fun and whimsical. I definitely miss some of the context by not understanding Korean honorifics. It was often confusing who was speaking at times as well due to a lack of signaling, and off and on use of italics. All in all a charming read, but just a little too philosophical/self help leaning for me at the moment
