I was hoping for evidence based research and a psychology focused  educational book. What I got was 2hrs and 14 minutes of an intolerable male’s opinion.  I was trying to see if it got better but when he decided to say our human natures need for attention is so strong people will attempt suicide that was a f*** you and a quick f*** from me.
