Laziness Does Not Exist by Devon Price

It was a very informative and enlightening book. I often call myself lazy when I'm not doing anything, despite going to school mostly full time (all online, but still) and working a full time job. Often times, on my days off, if I don't do anything productive like doing some cleaning around the house, I often call myself lazy. I don't fully let myself relax because when I'm not doing anything, all I think about is the fact that I COULD be doing something. So it just sits with me even as I do nothing. I think it's important to have leisure time; time where we're only doing things we either like or just nothing at all. This book highlights those ideas. I appreciated it.
