kimberly lemming is the absolute royalty of making a very silly concept both whimsical and earnest.
this book was so fun, as soon as you are able to suspend your disbelief and accept the absolutely ridiculous rules of the world, it’s just a fun, dumb in the best way, and then surprisingly sweet story.
the plot design? batshit! i laughed so hard out loud and can’t wait to see what else is planned for this new series.
