Gabby and Rider's story was good. When they were freshmen, Gabby and Rider were friends but borderline in a romantic relationship when Rider ghosted Gabby. This started Gabby's hatred of Rider but when someone leaves a baby on the doorstep of the house Rider and his teammates (one was Gabby's brother), Gabby steps up to help. A cryptic note left with the baby had everyone wondering who the father and mother was. Doing a home DNA test, Rider learns he is a father. While helping Rider with the baby, Gabby renews her friendship with Rider which leads to a romantic relationship.
This book has a meet cute feel to it. You will like Gabby and Rider.
