The Lost Wife by Alyson Richman

4.0

Lately I have hesitated when I come across another novel centered on survival of the Holocaust. I wonder, "How can this story add anything to a story that has been told many times?" As I finished this one, I was grateful I was given a copy of this novel. A beautifully written, powerful novel recounting stories worth telling. (For my friend Laurie-yes, our book club has been in a rut, and this is yet another WW II novel; I urge you to give it a go)
