Identical by Ellen Hopkins

I originally thought I read this book when I was a teenager, but read the summary and realized, "Hell no I didn't." So I picked it up at the library and dove right in.

This is probably my favorite of Hopkins books that I have read. I loved reading her books when I was younger, but this book is more my jam when it comes to the plot over Crank, etc. I actually liked the twist that happened, and didn't expect it despite now thinking back, it was at least somewhat obvious. It was also fun to recognize the town names that were mentioned, as they aren't well-known towns for non-Californians.

Also the parents (but especially the dad) should rot in hell.
