Breach of Peace by Daniel B. Greene
3.0
I rather enjoyed this debut release
I already figured I would dig Greene's style as I've been a fan of his YouTube channel for ages & dig a lot of what he likes. This was competently written, with a few passages or turns of phrase that I really liked or was drawn to, and there was excellent character work. I see incredible potential in Greene, as he practices his craft further and really look forward to reading his future works.
That said, there were a few things that were entirely predictable, whether it was because they were tropey, or just the obvious thing, but that didn't detract much from the enjoyment I got listening/reading this novella.
One a scale of 1-10, with 5 being AVERAGE, I give this a 6.8.
