Vaccinated: One Man's Quest to Defeat the World's Deadliest Diseases by Paul A. Offit

While the subject of the book is very interesting, I'm not so sure about the way it talks about marginalized people. Trying to justify the treatment of disabled children as guinea pigs because the author has rose-tinted glasses on does not sit well with me.
(vaccines are an incredible tool and I'm glad they were invented, by the way)
