Even though this book isn’t perfection, I can’t not give it a 5 stars!
The gang are back and better than ever, especially when there is a real threat towards them. We also saw a lot of characters returning from book two, which made this even more of an ensemble piece.
I did guess one of the people involved, but when it came to the actual murderer I was completely blown away by the reveal! There were so many fun twists and turns, and wrapped up in the brilliant comic clever writing that makes Osman’s books so special. You just fall in love with all the characters, even the bad ones.
There were a couple of situations that wrapped up a little too neatly for my liking, which normally would annoy me, but I still absolutely loved this enough to give it a 5 stars. This series is the perfect cosy read, and will forever be one of my faves.
