This was such an entertaining read—I just loved the vibes. 🧛⚔️🩸📚❤️
Vampiros being portrayed as a curse that began because of love was a very nice take, and the mythology behind the god that created it added depth to the world-building. I also loved the gothic atmosphere!!
The enemies-to-lovers dynamic between main characters was well done. Vampire vs Vampire Hunter was a trope I didn't know I needed in my life 😍
The FMC broke away from the usual stereotypes and I liked her a lot for that. But I also liked Lalo's personality and the fact he was quiet and liked to be around books. So they were a great team in that sense, because they complemented each other.
The writing style was also nice, and the story as a whole was engaging from start to finish. Definitely a great read! :)
