Fantasy first, romance second, BUT the romance was done soooo well 😍 also it’s YA so if you don’t want any spice but you do want tension and yearning, this is perfect for you.
Our FMC was quick witted and smart, I adored both love interests (yes, there’s two 👀) and I really liked our villain. I’m not the biggest fan of an animal sidekick but this one stole my heart, such a cutie!
The story was fast paced with magical trials and challenges. I really want to see more from this world filled with magical creatures, and to spend more time with all these wonderful characters, so I’m very much looking forward to book two.
