I imagine this would be a difficult read for anyone who didn’t read the original material. There are a lot of titles and names thrown around in a fake language, and the world building is so, so detailed it can borderline on confusing at best, mind numbing at worst. I loved it the first time, I liked it this time and appreciated the changes made to the story. It’s a series you have to be in for the long haul because it gets so amazing as it continues.
