This was just as wonderful, magical, beautiful, and heartwarming as the Tea Dragon Society. Timeline-wise, it takes place before TDS as Hesekeil & Erik dont have their tea shop yet, but you dont have these two companion stories in any particular order, I feel.
This book is so inclusive & I love it. we have a non-binary MC, queer characters, people of all ages, races, sizes. Sign language is also involved & there are resources at the end of the book if you want to learn more about sign language! overall I absolute ADORE this book, as I seem to of all of O'Neill's work and can not recommend it enough.
