Solid crime/horror/suspense!
Read this book because it came highly recommended. I wanted a break from my usual Splatterpunk/extreme horror.
And boy did I found it!
Timothy Blake is.. well, different. He helps the FBI with difficult cases for a reward. This time, it’s a kidnapping case of a teenager. I used to read quite a few crime thrillers. This is nothing like it. Nothing is foreseeable, I had no idea where the plot would lead me and the story was excellent. As was the plot, the characters, and the gory parts. Not to mention lots of the details were well researched. Loved the book from beginning to end.
