I have a bit of mixed feelings about this one. On one hand I think I like Lark and Lachlan’s love story more than Sloane and Rowan’s but I also think I liked B&B’s action more than L&L. Like I just basically felt like there wasn’t a lot happening here - just a crazy dude threatening everyone on the periphery. BUT I loved the love story and the spice soooooo much - the banter made me kick my feet and giggle. And I loved that Lark ended up being a permanent deleter of bad men. That was so fun. And Sloane and Rowan telling Lachlan that they were afraid of Lark was super cute. 
I’m excited to start Scythe and Sparrow but nervous cause how could it possibly hold up?
