Demanding this comic be rewritten with Graeber and Wengrow's Dawn of Everything in mind. The claims that book makes about how early people most likely lived and organized themselves would make the comic's trick of juxtaposing Bedrock's prehistoric modernity vs the more communal and equitable early human society more effective and more interesting.

Also David Graeber (RIP) would definitely approve of the animal appliances being reinterpreted as slaves, given his detailed writing on slavery and its deep roots to most of our modern institutions.
