The Second We Met by Maya Hughes
5.0
Someone do me a favor and wrap Phoenix Russo up real tight, and then just hold onto him, until I get there, ok?
This enemies to friends to lovers romance filled my heart with just so much joy, it’s bursting out of me.
First, my girl, Elle. A girl after my own heart. Well, okay, not really, because she definitely isn’t trying to collect any hearts after her nightmarish relationships past. Butttt, she got mine anyways, because I love a fierce leading woman, and she was definitely that. She knows what she wants and needs, and isn’t afraid to hustle to make it happen, and I can ABSOLUTELY respect that.
I know we usually swoon for our heroes, but honestly, if Nix doesn’t put a ring on that, I may have to. It is almost cuddle season.
