Not Another New Year's by Christie Ridgway

I really enjoyed the characters in this story. Hannah has come out to Coronado for vacation and to talk to her ex-fiance's wife. She is supposed to meet up with one of her uncle's old agents but it doesn't quite go like expected. She makes it in early and then has all of her stuff stolen from her. She heads to where she knows Tanner is going to be but doesn't ask for him right away, it's New Year's eve and she starts drinking with a few guys. She runs into a man that she is instantly drawn to, and he to her, but when names are exchanged they both give fake ones so neither puts two and two together. The chemistry between them is very high and when they find out who the other is they both don't know what to do with the attraction between them. Tanner doesn't want to mess up his chance to get back into the secret service but he has a hard time not getting close to Hannah.

I liked the story line and the way that the story flowed. There is enough going on to keep your attention into the story. I also loved getting Dezi and Troy's story. You do not need to have read the first story in this series to fully enjoy this one. I enjoyed the interactions between the characters a lot. This was a fun, quick read for me.
