I actually wanted to give 4.5 stars, until I read the last chapters. They ruined all the fun i had readin  it. I was disgusted by how Silas "gifted" Alina corpses, and a bath full of  dead rats🤢 Otherwise, the plot was getting more interesting each chapter, it was a page turner. Bot the last ten chapters were purely disgusting and unreasonable. Luka raped her, Silas saw it and fought and lost. He ripped the heads of men who just insulted her and he is doing nothing while knowing that Alina was tortured amd raped? I was so furious both Silas and Phoebe kept saying they can't do anything, they have to wait, they are freaking vampires they can just take her and quickly get out of window or something. There could have been much better plans rather than just looking pitiful and weak. They did nothing even they could. And then Alina was abused by those two motherfuckers at the same time. Silas wanted so badly to kiss her that he let Luka touch her with his filthy mouth and hands??💩Then Silas looks hurt 🤡by the things Alina said to him, after the abuse, the torture she endured while he was enjoying himself doing nothing?? I wish Aline just got rid of the two of them, Silas is just stupid and disgusting. I can't just not hate him now. And if they end up in the next books, that would be truly idiotic. If author makes Alina to forgive all these, then that book is trash.
