Not the worst and not the best. I love stories about toxic obsessive relationships. That kind of drama really does it for me. At times, though, the toxic relationship in this book between Wes and Ivy felt repetitive and dragged a little. I feel like the main conflict didn’t have high enough stakes for me (which is definitely me being picky) and the ending didn’t have the weight I would’ve liked. However, I was entertained and I still love reading books from this author. My Lovely Wife will always be the favorite.
