The Bourne Identity
by Robert Ludlum
So I am late to the Jason Bourne party. With the new movie coming out... All the old ones started appearing on TV, and I decided to watch them all in one binge before seeing the newest in the theater. And OMG, they were so good. So I decided to start reading the book... And boy am I ever late to that party! My mother read these books in the 80s... And the references there were overwhelmingly: pay phones, CB radios, Vietnam vets, slide shows, etc. So while I loved the movies with its updated espionage, I don't think I want a trip down Cold War memory lane and may not continue with this series. If there are any amazing current day spy books out there, please tell me what they are!
