I was hooked right from the first page, becoming encaptured by Cassie's story.
The thought of being able to train as a witch, taking the witches oath. Being part of the Hedgley village family. I would have loved that growing up.
The characters, the mythical creatures, the magic along with the gorgeous maps and illustrations make this the start of a remarkable series.
I can't wait for the next instalment.
