The Carrie Diaries by Candace Bushnell
4.0

I really hated the realtionship between Carrie and Sebastian. I'm still not sure if Bushnell meant for her readers to feel this way. Carrie is such a strong indifidicual, that I didn't unerstand why she couldn't see how much she was letting herself go. Or better yet, how much of a jerk Sebastian was. To add insult to injury, she supposedly loved Sebastian who made her feel inferior and never honored her feelings.

Carrie's wit is what really helped me through this book. She and I seem to think the same way on a lot of issues, and and nonchalant and almost apathetic attitude was surprisningly charming. I really liked the interaction between her and Walt as well as the sardonic interjections she'd remark with friends.

However, what really did this book in for me was the ending! It blew my mind and I can't wait to see more.
