Capri and Jones. Actually, letโs start at the beginning. Capri finds her husband cheating. Gets talked into taking a trip with her sister. Walks into the candy store and runs into Jones.
It was only supposed to be a week long fling. In Capri. Having been to Capri, I could envision the island, the grottos, the shops, the sights, the smell.
Neither one can stop thinking about the other. Until they find themselves staring at one another stateside.
What happens when it was only supposed to be a fling? Can they just be friends?
Jones is a perfect Adonis, who wants Capri to see how beautiful and amazing she is. Capri is learning to love herself, and that makes her sexy.
I laughed. I cried. This book does deal with a lot of hard topics. Dementia, loss of a parent, loss of a child.
