A spin off series of the Four Bear Construction series, which I did not know, but it didn’t take away any enjoyment at all! Although now I’m going to pause this series to go read the Bears.
Steele is one of those guys who nitpicks and doesn’t settle. Which honestly I kind of applaud. No settling. Only the best for this large bearded softie who spends all his time looking out for other.
And Porter. Sweet dorky veterinarian with a dirty mouth. He is the perfect more ridiculous love interest. I kept laughing every time he rambled and word vomited at Steele. So endearing.
I loved them together so much. It was the perfect “we have no time, we are focused on career and then ooops, we spend our free time together anyways.”
Perfect amount of sweetness and humor and spicy. Also. I just love me some mechanics.
Also. I’m already ready for Gates and Tallahassee book.
