Solid read. Solid 3 stars. Enjoyable, but nothing ground breaking happened until the last chapter.
I think it was fun to get Cas's perspective on a lot of the events in FBAA, and also fill in some of the blanks for when he was plotting and meeting with descenters and such.
I did not like how little we get at the end of his *shift* what that MEANS and he doesn’t even get to TALK to Poppy because my girl has basically been asleep this entire book. I truly hope the next book blows my frickin pants off otherwise idk if I can continue with this series anymore. I want it to end on a high note and not keep going on forever until I end up hating it.
