0.25
It gets 0.25 stars because of the only thing that was slightly interesting about this book - the narrator situation. Narrator A was told by narrator b a story, he himself was told by narrator c, who in the end tells the story to the reader…….that’s it.
I couldn’t connect neither to the characters nor to the plot. Nothing was interesting or intriguing and the death of the main character was predictable and unspectacular. It felt like this book was written more about life on the shores of the Northern Sea than anything else.
And i’m sorry, i should have known the distinct German dialect of the north, nobody understands.
This book will infuriate me forever.
