A sapphic western romance set in 1852 in the Utah Territory (so remote and otherworldly it reads like fantasy). 

Abby finds freedom from her repressive and abusive Christian family in the arms of Joey, the woman who kidnapped her. Joey’s got terrifying secrets and major responsibilities. But together in the desert, with Joey’s little family, they find a lot of adventure and joy. Plus their mutual attraction is irresistible 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 and so is falling in love.  

This book is long. Maybe too long? Also it’s a duology so no HEA, yet…
