This is a cozy, hilarious murder mystery with the added meta twist of being set within the crime fiction publishing industry! I found it really enjoyable, fun and super cozy, but not super addictive as I usually like my mysteries to be. Perhaps the humour and banter overtook the pacing somewhat? In which case, I'm fine with as it had me laughing out loud multiple times!
I found it took a long time for me to warm up to the large cast of characters whose complexties and personalities seemed to unravel alongside the mystery of the killer. Would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for a lighthearted entertaining read this summer!
I was very appreciative to recieve this as an ARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
