Aoba-kun's Confessions, Volume 2
by Ema Tōyama
This volume had the story picking up a bit. Mayo is an interesting character, and I quite like her resolve and like of Aoba-kun. Ema Tōyama has a real talent for art, and creating likable, relatable main characters, as she does in her other series "I Am Here!" which I've also read. Mayo is a very sweet girl, and she's easy to read about, which is nice. I like the overall story, and am impressed by how much the basketball angle works. I didn't expect the story to quite go this way, and it's nice. 4 stars.
